About Us

Since 1995, Carol Catalano has been involved in mediation cases in Cuyahoga County. She has been committed to providing quality service to her clients and believes in the benefits of mediation verses litigation.  Mediation allows one to control the decisions that affect their family, business and life through a voluntary settlement process.  Ms. Catalano has a Master's Degree from Case Western Reserve University in Social Administration.  She is a licensed social worker in the State of Ohio.
